Lowest month of the year in overall time and miles but all good. Lots of time in the weight room trying to get back some of the strength I lost the past few months with all the endurance training but with that comes a little bit of weight gain. Time to start building back up for 2024. Will be starting the year a little bit more balanced between all of the different activities. That is the goal anyways.
