March Check In and Numbers

 Lowest month in a long time.... feeling really out of shape as I write this to the point to were I am starting over.  What used to be an easy pace of 7:15-7:30 on flatter stuff is working a bit now.  Discouraging for sure.... Fuck Covid.  Anyways, I meant to put this at the end of yesterday's weekly post but forgot.  Do like sharing the monthly totals and a goal check...  First month since I quit the Crossfit gym on the 1st so all of that was in the garage gym.... getting there.

Training Update

It was a Covid month after getting back from the Grand Canyon... seems I am still feeling the effects of it today over a month later.....

Here are the total hours broken down by activity for the month.

 

Goals Check In

  1. Give Hardrock hell and have a blast doing it.
  2. Average a Peak a week in 2022 - a little ahead now
  3. Travel somewhere new for a race
  4. Run Coaching Certification- 55% done- get back to finishing it
  5. Read at least 30 books- 7 books completed- no change from last month.
  6. Sky Dive- waiting on you Avery, need to finish this.  Tired of seeing it every year. 
  7. Leave the lower 48- Is it possible due to Covid?
  8. Travel somewhere I have never been if I don't leave the lower 48
  9. Keep the blog more updated- On Track
  10. Backpacking on the Colorado Trail for 3-7 days
