Great month race-wise with CIM but sort of on the struggle bus since then. Basically took a whole week off with work travel to Mexico right after the race which I came home sick. Has been a struggle since then to get back on the horse and back to training. Trying to have patience with myself but that is always easier said than done. Pretty much the lowest volume month of the year I think but that is okay. Been a hell of a year and need some time off. 7 days this month with no activity, not even a walk. Hopefully will have the year end review posted over the weekend or at the latest by Monday.
